This naturally gluten-free recipe is simple to make and contains only five common pantry and fridge ingredients. If you like, you can add whipped cream and chocolate syrup for topping, but it’s not a requirement.

Copycat Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino


3/4 cup double-brewed coffee I use mocha flavored
3 tablespoons sugar
1 cup milk of your choice
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup or ice cream topping
10-15 ice cubes
whipped cream, optional
additional chocolate syrup, optional


  • In a blender, add the coffee, sugar, milk, and chocolate syrup. Add ice cubes and pulse on smoothie setting until blended, approximately 15-20 seconds.
  • Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup, if desired.
