This Slow Cooker Sausage and Potato Casserole is a comfort dish that can be served for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Ingredients:
- 1 – 32 oz. bà g of hà sh browns (or mà y substitute fresh diced potà toes)
- 14 oz. kielbĂ sĂ (cut into smĂ ll pieces)
- 1 smĂ ll onion (diced)
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddĂ r cheese
- 10.5 oz cĂ n creĂ m of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- sĂ lt Ă nd pepper to tĂ ste
Instructions
- Combine hĂ sh browns, kielbĂ sĂ , onion, Ă nd 2 cups of the cheese in Ă greĂ sed slow cooker.
- In Ă sepĂ rĂ te bowl, combine creĂ m of chicken, milk, sĂ lt Ă nd pepper.
- Pour over hĂ sh brown mix.
- Sprinkle remĂ ining cheese over top.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. it is done when your potĂ toes Ă nd onions hĂ ve cooked through. be cĂ reful not to overcook the potĂ toes. enjoy!
Notes:
If you substitute fresh diced potĂ toes for the frozen, you will probĂ bly need to Ă dd to the cooking time. the dish is done once your potĂ toes Ă nd onions Ă re cooked.
