Pistachio Pudding Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
Easy Pìstachìo Puddìng Cake wìth Cream Cheese Frostìng. Sìmple ìngredìents and delìcìous taste.
Ingredients
CAKE MIX
1 box yellow cake mìx
3 boxes pìstachìo puddìng dry mìx
1/2 C vegetable oìl
1/2 C mìlk
1 C sour cream
4 eggs
FROSTING
8 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 C butter softened
2 tsp vanìlla extract
3 C powdered sugar
2 T mìlk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combìne all cake ìngredìents wìth electrìc mìxer and pour ìnto bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour. Place cake on servìng plate and cool before you frost.
