75 gr low pro flour
25 gr Almond flour
40 gr Cornstarch
100 gr Margarine + butter
80 gr Fine sugar
100 gr Egg white
1/8 tsp Salt
Other Ingredients:
To taste Almond slices
Grated Cheese to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare materials, Dough Ingredients
- Beat margarine and powdered sugar, until fluffy. Pour the egg whites (3 x increments), beat again.
- Add cornstarch, stir gently. (enter 3 x increments).
- Add the flour mixture, almond flour and salt (3 x increments), stir again until the dough is smooth and forms a paste.
- Put the dough into the triangular plastic.
- Spray the mixture into a baking sheet that has been lined with baking paper. Flatten and form a circle of dough (use a spoon). Sprinkle the dough with almond slices and grated cheese.
- Bake at 110’C – 120’C for 20 – 25 minutes. Up and down fire. Preheat the oven at 110’C for 10 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool slightly.
- Ready to serve
